Sergey Avdeyev was born in the city of Tomsk (Russia) in 1984. 
The artist is a member of the Russian Union of Artists.

He studied at Tomsk State University, Department of Fine Arts from 2009 to 2014. His teachers were members of the Union of Artists of Russia Oleg Natanovich Arutyunov, Korobeinikova Tatiana S. and Honored Artist of Russia Nikolai Korobeynikov.

His first exhibition took place in 2013 in the city of Tomsk.
Since 2015 Avdeev has been teaching drawing and plastic anatomy at Tomsk State Pedagogical University at the Faculty of Technology and Entrepreneurship.

Now he works in various genres (portrait, landscape, still life, genre) in the technique of oil painting, unique graphics and printmaking. He prefers to work in the Impressionist and realistic direction.
