This original Painting `October` by a Russian artist Alexander ALEXANDROVSKY, is done in oil on canvas. This Landscape was created in Realism style.
The painting is rendered in his recognizable and peculiar manner and style which are in fact impossible to forge. Signed on lower front and/or back side (see on photo).
The artwork is not framed.
Dense clouds of the autumn sky descended above the Russian village of the Vologda region of Goritsa. Waves of the blue lake, driven by a light autumn breeze, hit the shore and wooden walkways. Far behind the tall trees, covered with golden foliage, on the hillside the wall of the Resurrection Monastery. The dark domes of the white-stone church and the bell tower are covered with a light haze of autumn clouds.
About artist:
Alexander Alexandrovsky was born in 1951 in Pushkin, the suburb of Leningrad, USSR (presently Saint Petersburg, Russia). The artist has been a member of the Russian Union of Artists since 1996. He was a student of the national artist of Russia V. Reikhet and the national artist of USSR, professor B. Ugarov. Back to the soviet times, he was also a shock worker of Communist labour.
